5.9 Budget Gear Vill-V Elysian Realm Finality Guide (No PRI-ARM)
One of the biggest reasons why she is the strongest ER valkyries right now is because of the current ER weather heavily buff her dmg. Once the ER weather changed, I will suspect a heavy drop of her dmg performance to be similar as other top tier ER valkyries. Like with the gear I used in this video I was able to clear Finality with fairly fast clear time right now, but once the ER weather change she might only able to do Abstinence (x2.25) with the exact same gear and stats.
