Log into Cash Practice
1. Click on systems, then Cash Plan Calculator, then Payment Plans
2. Click search
3. Copy the cash plan that matches the patient walk out sheet - acute in this case
4. Save and Next
5. Enter patient name
6. Look at # of allowed visits, copays, deductible (in this case 50 allowed visits @ $48.50 copay with a $2360 deductible)
7. Math! Take $2360 / $48.50 = 49 visits to meet deductible
8. Put 49 visits @ $48.50 in first line
9. # of visits totally covered by ins. is 1 (50 allowed - 49 to meet deductible). This goes in the second line. 1 visit at $0.
10. Total number of visits must equal the number at the top next to the patient name (in this case it is 72 for an acute plan). Take 72 - 50 = 22 visits remaining at the cash rate. Line 3 will have 22 visits @ $50.
11. Hit save and estimate (make sure patient name is selected)
12. Hit view plan and click JFC logo to print
