Quality is defined as The degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements.
customer satisfaction is defined as conformance to requirements and fitness for use.
Grade is defined as as a design intent which can be stated as a category assigned to deliverables having the same functional use but different technical characteristics
accuracy is an assessment of correctness; it is the degree of closeness to the actual value
precision is a measure of exactness; it is the granularity of measurement
inspection is the examination of a work product to determine if it conforms to documented standards. The results of an inspection generally include measurements and may be conducted at any level.
validated changes are defined as Any changed or repaired items are inspected and will be either accepted or rejected before notification of the decision is provided. Rejected items may require rework.
verified deliverables are the results of performing the Control Quality process. it is used to determine the correctness of deliverables.
