The West Bengal Civil Services (WBCS) 2019 preliminary exam has been rescheduled by the West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC).
In its 6 November notification, WBPSC had mentioned that the preliminary exam will be conducted tentatively on 20 January, Sunday. But it has now been rescheduled.
According to WBPSC chairman, Dipankar Dasgupta, the WBCS preliminary exam will now be held on 9 February, which happens to be a Saturday.
