Genshin Impact: The Prey Random Event
Not sure what "The Prey" is when it pops up? Well your answer is, that it's a random event. Random events pop up every so often for you to complete a small task for some rewards. It's not out of the question to usually complete as it's fairly quick and pretty much free loot.
