Microsoft Update Causing Issues With RDP files?
In this video, we provide a workaround for an issue in Windows 11, with RDP files now asking for which local resources to allow, every time you launch it. The issue stems from an update included with the April 2026 Microsoft Updates. A lot of confusion and support calls have arisen as a result of this update. When you choose your local resources, it does not save what you chose, so every time, it asks.
