So yeah, I've been meaning to do this for a while—have had many folks ask if I had tabs for various riffs via Patreon or some other means, and while I think I will set that up later if there's interest, figured I'd throw one up here as a test run/freebie. So, here's the opening riff from my demo of Oneder Effects' Old Blue Overdrive! If you want to see more of this, leave a comment or a like, or whatever to let me know, and as long as there's enough of y'all who would enjoy it, I'll work on getting enough material together to start up a Patreon deal or something.
Couple notes: for one, I've not written a proper tab in literally over a decade, and I definitely don't transcribe everything I record. Second, don't take this transcription too literally; in reality, my playing is pretty loose and I kind of just hit open strings or let notes ring wherever it feels natural, so you'll notice that there are bits where it may sound like there's more going on than what's on paper. You'll get the idea.
