Bacon Broth Discovery
Bacon Broth Soup Discovery if you have ever bar-boiled bacon for frying or even for cooking on the grill, this broth is excellent for a basic soup. While I was shooting a video for Big Lew BBQ and Booger 500 I desided to also par-boil my veggies in this bacon goodness and with the veggies and bacon removed, the leftover broth with some added black pepper was dadblasted tasty! So tasty I had to use it it in the BBQ sauce for the grill. It could have been used just as a basting broth but as a soup all it's own, I intend to use it more often in further dishes.
