Part 1 - Exciting Studio unit layout with own toilet and bath, twin-size bed, 4-seater sofa-bed, closet, dresser/workstation, dining counter with overhead shelf, kitchen counter with overhead shelf, ref and induction stove - all rolled into one. I used a 10-ft ceiling height with front door & window opening along the corridor hallway with a view of the Antipolo mountains.
