cooked beets 4
a bunch of parsley
cooked ham 300 g
pickled cucumbers 12 pcs
hard-boiled eggs 5
mayonnaise 7 tablespoons
salt, black pepper to taste
Recipe 2
cooked beets 2
2 handfuls of spinach
Greek feta 100 g
pomegranate seed 0.5
salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Recipe 3
a handful of lettuce
fennel 1
carrot 1
2 celery stalks
a handful of black olives
orange 1
Greek feta 50 g
salt, black pepper, olive oil and juice of 0.5 lemon
Recipe 4
cooked beets 2
pickled cucumbers 2
red onion 1
2 large boiled potatoes
hard-boiled eggs 2
cut it all into medium cubes
season with the prepared sauce
mayonnaise with 3 tbsp
Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
decorate the salad with chives
put in the fridge for 30 minutes and then serve

canned tuna 80 g
onion 1
cucumber 1
hard-boiled eggs 2
radishes 7 pieces
a few cherry tomatoes
red chili pepper 1

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons of olive oil
