Learn how to install Drupal 8 on Windows.

Please change in server configuration file.
1. Go to xampp\php and open php.ini file.
2. find max_execution_time it's default size max_execution_time = 30, set it max_execution_time = 300;
3. Don't forget to restart Server if already started.
