At this time, the control is controlled by the wind pressure switch signal to control the fume hood sub-board, turn on the UV lamp and lighting lamp, and when the fume exhaust fan is turned off, the negative pressure in the hood decreases, and the controller will control each sub-board to automatically turn off the UV lamp and the hood lighting lamp.
And each UV lamp. It cannot be operated alone or prohibited, and the usage time will be recorded for replacement reminders. In addition, there is a fault prompt for the UV lamp ballast, and its current will be monitored by the smoke hood sub-board, so that it can accurately determine whether the UV lamp is invalid.

First, it uses an 8-inch touch screen, which can display and accurately determine the use status of the UV lamp in real time, automatically count the operating time of the UV lamp, set the life time according to the lamp tube parameters, and the system will automatically prompt to replace the lamp tube.
Second, the sensor can automatically sense whether the UV lamp has been turned on or off. If the smoke hood shading plate is removed, the system will automatically turn off the UV lamp to effectively prevent personal injury.
Third, the system automatically controls the lighting to turn on through the signal of the smoke hood purple board, automatically counts the operating time, and sets the life time according to the lamp tube parameters. The system will also automatically prompt to replace the lamp tube.
