We are going to see how to take input data from signer , control signing order , pdf attachment , audit and much more !
For example : when parent will book child tour package , then parent need to sign a liability agreement . We will take input data from parents such as child name ,age ,gender , parent name and sign .
When parent sign liability document completed, Woocommerce Booking agent will get email notification to review signed document and sign as approval person . When booking agent complete his sign , Woocommerce shop manger will get email notification to review the document and sign it to complete the document ,shop owner sign will place automatically and the document will be closed .
Admin will notify through email when all parties complete their sign and get an pdf attachment . All parties will also notify and they can save document as pdf and print it .
