In this video, I talk about a mindset that needs to be avoided as a technician. I have always called it wonderland. The technician can spend our after hour trying to think through a problem without taking action. Customers will not pay. It only satisfies the ego of the technician trying the technical problem. This attitude also creeps into every day life if you have a problem, ask someone else who had the same problem in the past and see if they have a solution. Please subscribe.
