When the weather gets cold and wet outside, we all start thinking about the inevitable cough cold and flu season!
Throughout the year, there is almost always going to be someone who has a cough, a sore throat, a cold, or maybe even the flu. It’s never fun to go through one of those, but there is a simple homemade remedy that can help you not only feel better quicker, but also help you prevent sore throats as well as colds and flus. It’s what I call my Cough, Cold, and Flu elixir (I know this isn’t technically an elixir!) also known as Fire Cider.
It's a simple natural recipe to put together, and it has help me and my family many times over the years. It’s a great thing to have around when the flu comes around!
*Please note, I am not a doctor, I am only telling you my own experiences and what others have done with these type things. As you should ALWAYS do, make sure to do your own research and talk to your doctor before using or making anything like this!
