Twitter announcement:   / photos-just-got-more-social

Some news for the Twitter world this week that makes photo sharing a little more fun over there. Trying to get people to think bigger than Instagram? I think so...

Recently Twitter announced that they were making photo sharing a little "more social" on their network. You can now upload up to 4 photos in one tweet which is really cool for making your feed a little more exciting to view. Not only that, you're able to tag as many as 10 people. Another awesome thing since adding photos and writing out handles takes up so many characters.

It's never been very seamless to share multiple photos on social networks from your mobile device. Even Facebook only figured this out in recent time. I used to love Batch but that went under and I've found I'm too busy to bother uploading multiple photos to share with my friends online. Suddenly family vacations can be summed up in a few Instagram photos. Ease of use makes you decide so much.

This is a great opportunity for anyone to make it more fun to share on Twitter. Especially when you have a bunch of options to share but don't want to flood a Twitter feed with all your pictures. All Twitter applications across smartphone types have been updated with this functionality, so jump on and experiment about adding some photo flair to your stream!
