Once you have successfully signed up for a customer messenger solution, you are on to the next step - Installing the Freshchat customer messenger on your website. So how do you do it?
Quite simple, actually!
Step 1: Login as an Admin to Freshchat
Step 2: Click the settings icon in the sidebar and go to “Web Messenger”.
Step 3: Copy the pieces of code within the HEAD and the BODY sections of your website as shown.
Step 4: Gear up because your customers are going to be chatting with you on the messenger any minute now!
