Here are the steps on how to create a flutter project using VS Code:
1 - Open VS code.
2 - Press ctrl + shift + p, to open command palette.
3 - Start typing "flutter project" and press enter.
4 - Now, select the path where you want your project files to be.
5 - Your project is successfully created if you can see main.dart file
