Steps
• Click the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
• Go to Settings → On startup.
• Select “Open a specific page or set of pages.”
• Click Add a new page, then type https://www.google.com
and hit Save.
• (Optional) Restart Chrome to confirm changes.
