"The reason we fight" is a song I composed back in 2019 and released on March 17, 2023.
It's dedicated to the brave youth activists who are fighting for a better world. These young people, like Greta Thunberg, attend the Fridays for Future protests and are working tirelessly to raise awareness about the urgent need for action on climate change and other environmental issues.
They face criticism and ridicule for their activism, but they refuse to be silenced. "The reason we fight" is a tribute to their resilience and determination to make a difference, even in the face of adversity.
"The reason we fight" is also a celebration of the power of collective action and the ability of young people to make a difference.
