4,5 mm crochet hook, 4 stitch markers, yarn needle, scissors.

sk - skip, sp. - space, st./sts - stitch / stitches, sl st. - slip stitch, ch - chain, sc - single crochet, hdc - half double crochet, dc - double crochet,
