AQ2 clanwar between quad (Quadaver) and UR (Uncontrolled Rangers).
I think first map of the game is missing. I have reason to believe quad played cloud, and they won their map, and urban is played as the tiebreaker. Tiebreaker is played 10min on UR's server and 10min on quad's server.
