3.How to Launch Photoshop
In windows OS, click on the start menu All Programs click on Adobe Photoshop CS6 or double-click a Photoshop shortcut from desktop. In mac OS, we can launch photoshop from Dock or using Launchpad.
4.What are layer blend modes and how they work?
Layer blending modes as something which gives us the ability to combine or merge multiple layers together in order to create a unique look or an effect or to apply a correction.
5.Let's take a look at the available photoshop blend modes.
We can go to the layers panel and click on a layer, and then we can click on the blending mode pull-down menu here.
6.Blend mode groups.
When you first look at the blend options you might be overwhelmed by the choices, but they?re actually split up into 6 easy groups. Each of these groups have Blend Modes that operate similarly in function?.
7.Let's play with blending modes.
Now, we learn how to combine images and make a new image using layer blending modes.
8.Open multiple images into a single photoshop document?
From Photoshop ? select File Scripts Load Files into Stack. This will open up a new dialogue box titled ?Load Layers?.
9.Browse Images
Now browse for the images we need and load them in.Then we can click ?Ok? and Photoshop will now load each of these files into layers.
10.You'll see a single document containing all of your images.
If we look in the Layers panel, we see that each of the two photos I selected from images folder has been added to the document and placed on its own layer.
11.Blending images and creating composites.
Now, we can select a layer and then click on our blending mode pull-down menu and then choose some different options. Let's try Multiply.

Here's is the result after spending a few minutes playing around with the images using layer blend modes.

We can experiment a little bit more and it's all about just try changing the blending modes and reordering our layers because it depends upon what's on top and how that's blending in with what's underneath.
