The Relic in V's head keeps ticking away. Getting worse and harder to manage day by day. Slowly and slowly. Another attack hits her hard - and only meters from her door on her way home. But in its wake, she gets a call that puts her on a whole new running clock. Detective River Ward wants her to see him. All alone and needing help to find his missing nephew Randy after orders from on high forbid him from investigating. Partnering up with a badge out on the wrong side of the law, they follow the trail of the insidious "Peter Pan." At one end of it, the life of Randy Kutcher sits teetering. Growing shorter and shorter by the hour. At the other end stands River's sister Joss and her two children. Waiting desperately with fear. And along the way lies the start of a relationship between V and the last honest cop in Night City.
This quest is the start of the River Ward romance for a Female V. With a high enough Intelligence attribute, you can find the right IP address. Since this isn't my Netrunner character, I didn't do that. Regardless, you can still find the right place and save Randy.
