Tente abrir o gerenciador de serviços do windows (digitando services.msc no iniciar), procure por nvidia e altere nas propriedades para "local" caso esteja em "essa conta" pra mim funcionou!
Try opening the windows service manager (by typing services.msc at startup), look for nvidia and change the properties to "local" if you are in "this account" for me it worked!
