Rutgers, the Dutch expert centre on sexuality, is proud to present The Rutgers gender-transformative approach (GTA) toolkit for applying a gender-transformative approach to Sexual and reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programming.
A gender-transformative approach examines, questions and transforms inequitable gender norms and power dynamics into positive values. In doing so, a gender-transformative approach enhances gender equality, thus contributing to improved SRHR outcomes and reduction of Gender Based Violence
