Water Landing and Takeoff | Grumman G44 Widgeon
Recently I went on a real world flight from the Phoenix to Lake Havasu, Arizona where I learned a little bit on how to fly a multi engine seaplane. The aircraft is a Grumman G44 Widgeon produced in the early 1940's to mid 1950's and used during 'World War II as a small patrol and utility machine by the US Navy, US Coast Guard, and Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm.'
