Today we’ll make the Fog Cutter! This was one of Trader Vic’s most popular drinks during the classic tiki era. With multiple base spirits, juices, and syrup - this drink is dangerous. My version of the cocktail is inspired by a few different variations, while still maintaining the spirit of Trader Vic’s original recipe. Hope you all enjoy this one! Cheers!

3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Barsol Pisco Primero Quebranta
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Plymouth Gin
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Ferrand Dry Curaçao
1 oz. (30 ml) Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) orgeat
