Day and night toggle switch can be used on websites or mobile applications to turn on and off the night mode.

In this video tutorial we will be creating a day and night toggle switch using only HTML and CSS without any JavaScript.

To create the toggle button checkbox hack is used i.e. CSS style rules will be applied based on whether checkbox is checked or not, if checkbox is checked then night mode styling is applied if its not checked then day mode styling is applied. By default in the beginning toggle switch will be in day mode.
