Running effective meetings is especially important when you’re working with a remote team across multiple time zones. With less overlap between working hours, you simply don’t have the luxury of unproductive meetings.
So, I have been talking to a lot of people, especially remote founders about how they run their meetings and you know what, there's a big difference between running a meeting in a remote team and a non-remote team. And the biggest difference is Asynchronous Communication.
