Stops on the Tour:

Rosena Ranch – A newly built, safe, and family-friendly community with over 1,200 homes. While shopping is limited for now, the upcoming Oasis of Glen Helen shopping center with a 133-room hotel, restaurants, and stores will change that. Rated 10/10, this is the top choice for those looking to move to San Bernardino!

Verdemont Area – A well-established neighborhood with great freeway access (210 & 215) and plenty of shopping. Affordable homes and a strong sense of community make this one of the nicest areas in the city.

Cal State Area – A quiet, established community near Cal State San Bernardino. Don’t let the college proximity fool you—this area is peaceful with luxury apartments, blue-collar workers, and easy access to freeways and stores.

Del Rosa Area – A well-established community with some challenges, including higher crime rates and homelessness. While it offers community pools and a rec center, caution is advised at night.

Downtown San Bernardino – The heart of the city, but struggling with closed businesses and the loss of the iconic Carousel Mall (demolished in 2024). With high crime and homelessness, downtown lacks the vibrancy of neighboring cities, but there’s hope for revitalization to uplift the entire area.
