How to Schedule a Meeting with Google Calendar Add On
With the Google Calendar Add On you can seamlessly schedule, join, and manage meetings right from Google Calendar. In this video we will go through step-by-step of how to download the Google Add-On via Google Chrome:
▪️ Step 1: "Install Zoom Extension for Browsers" - 0.38

Firefox Browser Zoom Extension: addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/zoom-new-scheduler/
▪️ Step 2: "Sign in" - After the installation, you will see the Zoom Extension Icon in the right upper-hand corner of your browser - 0:48. Once you have clicked on the Zoom icon, you will be prompt to sign in to your Google account - 0:55
▪️ Step 3: "Configure Zoom Schedule Options" - Once signed into your Google Account, you can click on the Zoom icon in the right upper-hand corner and from there you can 'Schedule a Meeting' (1:00) or start an 'Instant meeting' (1:02). For a better user experience, you can click on the '⚙️' (1:05) and customize the Zoom Schedule options. Once you have configured your settings you can 'Save Changes'.
▪️ Step 4: "Schedule a Zoom Meeting" - By clicking on 'Schedule A Meeting' (In Blue - 1:56), you will be prompt a window for customizing time, location, along with meeting details for joining the meeting by Meeting ID, Passcode, Dial-in, etc. Also, you can add email addresses under 'Guests' for initial invitations via email (2:20).

"Scheduling from Google Calendar" - This is another option to 'Scheduling a Zoom Meeting', this can be done from your Google Calendar (calendar.google.com - 2:30). You can click on 'Make it a Zoom Meeting' when clicking on a date of interest and configuring your Zoom settings from there.

After setting up the Google Calendar Add-On, you can now schedule meetings from the Zoom Desktop Client or Google Calendar. From there, you can join meetings you have scheduled from Google Calendar in the Zoom Desktop Client.
