Tender creamy fish soup
Hello everyone In this video I cook a delicious fish soup in Finnish. This is a very tender and creamy soup, it is prepared quickly and simply. I got 3 liters of soup:
500 gr. red fish,
4 medium potatoes,
2 small carrots,
1/2 large onion
5 peas of allspice,
1 large bay leaf,
200 ml. heavy cream.
