Установка изомеризации "Изомалк-2"/ Isomerization unit Isomalk-2
При выборе технологии и Лицензиара еще в 2007 г. было отдано предпочтение ОАО "НПП Нефтехим". Технология "Изомалк-2" уже успешно применяется на 7-ми промышленных установках России, Украины и Румынии. Особенностью установки в Омске является то, что она введена в эксплуатацию не путем модернизации старых мощностей, как это было в предыдущих случаях, а спроектирована и построена с нулевого цикла. Построенный в Омске комплекс "Изомалк-2" является самой мощной установкой данного типа в России и Европе и входит в тройку самых мощных в мире. Производительность установки составляет 800 тыс. тонн изомеризата в год. "Изомалк-2" позволит производить на ОНПЗ высокооктановый неароматический компонент и товарные автобензины в соответствие с экологическими требованиями Евро-4 и Евро-5.
Пуск установки "Изомалк-2" подтвердил главное преимущество российской технологии -- на установке достигаются самые высокие показатели процесса изомеризации и, в отличие от зарубежных технологий, с высокой надежностью, без применения кислотных агентов и образования отходов.
The customer -- JSC "GazpromNeft-Omsk refinery" -- has chosen the design providing isocomponent with octane number no less than 91 RON. When choosing the Technology and Licensor JSC "NPP Neftehim" had been given preference as early as 2007. "Isomalk-2" technology had already been applied successfully at 7 commercial units in Russia, Ukraine and Romania. The feature of the Omsk unit is that it was commissioned not by upgrading old capacities, as it had been in previous cases, but was designed and constructed as a grassroot unit. "Isomalk-2" complex built in Omsk is the most powerful unit of this type in Russia and Europe and is reckoned among three of the most powerful units in the world. The capacity of the unit is 800 tons of isomerate per year. "Isomalk-2" will make it possible to produce non-aromatic high octane component and commercial gasoline in accordance with environmental requirements of Euro 4 and Euro 5 at Omsk refinery.
Start-up of "Isomalk-2" unit has proved the main advantage of Russian technology: the highest indices of isomerization process and its high reliability without application of acidic agents and wastes generation are achieved at this unit in contrast to foreign technologies.

Omsk refinery, main processing asset of GazpromNeft, is one of most up-to-date refineries in Russia and one of the largest refineries in the world. The installed capacity of Omsk refinery is 19.5 million tons per year. In 2009 Omsk refinery kept the leading position in Russia in production output of light oils and aromatic hydrocarbons. In oil refining output (18.4 million tons in 2009) Omsk refinery had the second place among oil processing companies in Russia in 2009. Processing depth at Omsk refinery is 86,6%, this index is one of the best in the industry.
