We're getting a new Harry Potter series, whether we like it or not. HBO is intent on resurrecting the global franchise... and for what purpose? Is it to reestablish and expand the Harry Potter universe? Is it just a cash grab? Or, possibly even worse... are they now trying to force diversity onto Harry Potter fans just like they've done for every other franchise?
