How To Enter New Duration For Clip Using Timecode In Final Cut Pro
You can change the total duration of one or more selected clips by entering a
timecode value.
1. In Final Cut Pro, select one or more clips in the timeline.
2. Do one of the following:
• Choose Modify -Change Duration (or press Control-D).
• Double-click the timecode display below the viewer.
The timecode display changes to reflect the total duration of the clip or clips you selected in step 1.
