We love creating stickers using Procreate!
There's a few things to keep in mind though: keep it CMYK – separate Effect layer – export as PSD and upload to StickerApp.com – that's it :)
––– STEP-by-STEP –––
–– CMYK
As with all things printed, we need to start with a CMYK color profile canvas.
Click the plus sign on the top right corner. Instead of selecting any of the templates, select a custom canvas by clicking the plus sign on the upper right corner.
Choose your desired dimensions and select "Color Profil" on the left. Choose "Generic CMYK Profile" and click "Create"
Now it's time to get to work.
–– Separate Effect layer
When you're satisfied with your design, combine your layers into one and name that layer "Design".
Create a new layer and name that layer "Effect". This is where your chosen material will show.
Choose a contrasting color and – on the effect layer – fill in the parts of your design where you wish to have the material showing.
B.t.w. we have the most awesomest materials in town! Check em out at http://stickerapp.com/materials
–– Export as PSD
When you're done, select the Actions panel by clicking the wrench on the upper left. Choose "Share" and select PSD.
–– Upload to StickerApp.com
Go to StickerApp.com in your browser. Click "Make Custom Sticker" and "Upload File"
Find your design and make adjustments to the size, quantity and material.
Don't forget to add a comment saying that you've made your own effect layer, and hit save.
Never mind that your preview is showing your effect layer, we will manually apply all the effects exactly as you drew them.
That's it.
Now go create some stickers!
