In this video, we show you step-by-step how to install the LIGHTLANE DRL color-change module on a BMW F22 240i.
This upgrade allows you to switch your daytime running lights (DRLs) from white to yellow – just by using your high beam switch!

📦 What you need:
• Torx T20 screwdriver
• 8mm socket (optional)
• Jack + wheel wrench
• Zip ties
• Isopropyl alcohol (for cleaning surfaces)

🛠️ Install steps include:
• Removing the wheel arch liner
• Taking out the heatsink
• Swapping the original DRL boards
• Connecting the LIGHTLANE module
• Hiding cables safely with zip ties
• Resetting the system with 9x high beam flash

⚠️ Note: A temporary error message might appear after installation, this is normal and will disappear after the ECU adapts or after a reset.
