4x4 PTO Driven Timber Trailer BUILD Ep.2 - Tandem Axle
4x4 PTO driven timber trailer tandem axle build. Cutting out chain housing parts on the homemade CNC plasma table. Using 6mm S355 steel for the housings. Sprockets and bearings are off-the-shelf parts I ordered from a farmer store. There will be a 100mm chain tensioner sprocket instead of the 210mm drive sprocket I used to illustrate where the chain tensioner is going to be located. Gonna start welding the housings together next week. New video next week if all goes as planned. Stay tuned!

28x11-14" tires & 14" rims
1450mm/57" wide; length and height - unknown
tandem axles with homemade chain housings
BMW E39 530D differential with 2.81 gearing (identical to the UTV diffs)
hydraulic crane with a boom & grapple for easier log loading & handling
independent hydraulic power pack
radio controlled hydraulic winch on the boom
load capacity - 1-1,5 tonne
