ESO: Vampire Lord Visual Glitch
Doing the Frostvault Dungeon in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), whenever I swap to my backbar I look like the vampire lord transformation. Weapon swapping turned me back to normal until returning to the one with the ultimate skill attached. Leaving the dungeon fixed it permanently, but I imagine it would be easy to replicate simply by doing the final section of the dungeon again.
