How to convert JPG to PDF:
1. Launch the Scanner App - PDF Editor.
2. Tap on the Plus (+) icon at the bottom.
3. Next, select "Scan with Camera" and touch the gallery icon at the bottom.
4. Then select a picture to convert into a PDF. Click import, and save it.
5. You can edit the file before saving as a PDF. Simply find the editing options at the bottom and make changes.
6. When you're ready, click Export at the top. Choose your export format as PDF, and save the converted PDF in your iPhone files. That's it.
