This lecture is Dmitry Bykov's first attempt to structure the topic of "Blok." A topic that is practically impossible to structure because "the soul is not examined under a microscope." Purely literary criticism, or even biographical literature, on Blok is very limited. "We all endlessly rehash how much we love him, but to say why, for what reason, is practically impossible."
