Process:
Connect phone with Test Point
Open Huawei Flash Tools under Huawei Tool tab
Goto USB Com 1.0
select CPU Type: hisi_659
Click start
when writing boot done ADB will be enable
Goto Unlock Account Tab and
Select Erase FRP then press Start
Job Done.
