👉Steps
1.Open capcut and select a background then extend duration.
2.Add text then match duration.
3.Overlay white background then use rectangle mask to resize it into a line and reduce size then move to the beginning.
4.Add keyframe at start then move to the end and drag the line to create the underline animation.
5.Play video then export.
