Somnium Space VR Land Sales Part 14
This video discusses the #VR land sales in #SomniumSpace over the last week. They completed Week 5 of the #Road2SLO and there are 5 more weeks to come before the #SLO is announced. Somnium sold over 600 #ETH in the last week via the #OpenSea platform.
The cheapest small parcel to sell in the last week was 1.7 #Ethereum while the most expensive was 3 ETH. The cheapest medium parcel sold for 3.5 ETH and the most expensive sold for 8.95 ETH. The cheapest XL to sell was 6.87 ETH while the most expensive was 31 ETH or $5,000 USD. Some of the small parcels selling under 2 ETH so close to the center and water makes me believe that some small parcels could sell for as low as 1 eth in the southern parts of the map.
It helps to jump into VR with a PC-VR headset to see your land fully immersed. If you cannot do that, you should at least jump into 2D so that you can see your parcel in the world rather than just on the map. This video uses Somnium's new map where you can zoom in and out, use the left-click to move left, right, forward and backward, and use the right-click to spin the map in a full circle.
