Steps
Use Google Chrome to access Internet (as it contains this option)
Open the web site you want to translate
Right click on web page
Select "Translate to English" option
Small drop down list will appear at the right top corner
Click the 3 dot mark
Select "Choose another language" option from list
Click the drop down mark & select the language
I select "Sinhala"
Next click "Translate" button
Then the whole web page will be translated to Sinhala
Also you can translate to other languages
If you have used this option before, no need to right click again to get Translator
Translator icon will appear at right top corner, click on it & select the language
