Advancec Energy's TEGAM 931B & 932B data collection handheld thermometers are utilized in food manufacturing to ensure food safety. The probe offset feature of the 900 Series thermometers will help improve your overall measurement uncertainty. Probe errors are the largest contributors to overall temperature measurement uncertainty. The probe offset feature helps minimize the probe inaccuracies. In order to utilize this feature the probe offset must be determined through the utilization of an ice bath or thermowell. To set the probe offset press the set key for 1.5 seconds, then momentarily press the set key two more times and the probe offset will be flashing on the LCD indicating that this is the active parameter. Use the arrow keys to set the probe offset. Once the proper value has been set momentarily press the set key to save that value. If you have a dual channel model you will need to repeat that step for channel two. The video explains how to use the probe offset feature on the TEGAM 931B & 932B data collection thermocouple thermometers to improve the overall measurement uncertainty. Data collection is easy, accurate and reliable with the TEGAM 931B & 932B Thermometers. When the Measurement Matters, Be Certain with Advanced Energy's TEGAM.
