Deep Fear - Sega's Resident Evil?
Among the bundles of games I got for the Saturn, this happened to be one of them. I didn't know anything about it when I got it, I kinda just had fun trying one game after another once I got the system. There were so many cheap lots for sale for the Japanese Saturn.
