New Agile Voices Program - Day 28
New Voices elevate learning and nurture diversity in our community.
The Agile community has steadily grown to include many impactful thinkers and practitioners who share their stories and insights with us. As the world of Agile continues to expand, so do the voices who devote their time to telling their inspiring stories with the goal of helping others.
To leverage this diversity of perspectives and more fully integrate new unique insights, we need to continuously evolve our space so we can welcome and nurture these new voices.
New voices might speak about topics and ideas we are not familiar with, their voices might not sound like what we've heard before, and their backgrounds might be different from our own
Experience Agile is creating a brave space for these new voices who don’t ordinarily step into the spotlight. We want to hear the thought-provoking stories they have been reticent to share in the past because they might be inexperienced with speaking at conferences.
