3 mm crochet hook.
Abbreviations (US terms):
st. - stitch, ch - chain, sl st. - slip stitch, sc - single crochet, dc - double crochet, trc - treble crochet, dtrc - double treble crochet, dtrc2tog - 2 double trouble crochet closed together, ch3picot - ch3, insert your hook into first ch made (into 3rd ch from hook), yarn over, pull through all loops on the hook.
